4 tbsp butter, divided
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
750 gms prawns (deveined, with shell eliminated)

4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of purple chilli flakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
2 cups of penne pasta ( cooked as per packet directions)
Preparation
In a big skillet over medium warmth, soften 1 tablespoon butter with olive oil. Add prawns and season with salt and pepper.
Cook dinner till pink, 2 minutes per aspect. Switch to a plate.
In the identical skillet, add remaining 3 tablespoons butter and garlic.
Cook dinner till aromatic and add lemon juice, purple chilli flakes and simmer 2 minutes, then add Parmesan and let prepare dinner for 3 minutes.
Return prawns to skillet together with parsley and stir properly, then add penne pasta and toss till utterly mixed.
Garnish with extra Parmesan earlier than serving.
