Iftar Recipe: Pesto shrimp risotto

Substances
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves,minced
1 cup arborio rice
2 1/2 cups hen broth
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
15 cooked massive shrimp (shell eliminated)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon contemporary lemon juice
Salt as per style
Pesto sauce (readymade)for serving

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C .
In an oven proof casserole, warmth the olive oil.
Add  garlic and rice and cook dinner over reasonable warmth, stirring, till very aromatic for two minutes.
Stir within the broth and convey to a boil. Cowl and bake for about 20 minutes, till the rice is tender.
Stir within the 1/2 cup of cheese, the shrimp, butter and lemon juice; season with salt.
Serve drizzled with pesto and garnished with cheese.
